Directions for use: Ellipta
- Slide the protective cover down until you hear a "CLICK". Do not open the cover until you are ready to take a dose. If the cover is opened and closed without inhaling the product, the dose will be lost.
- Hold the inhaler away for your mouth and breathe out deeply.
- Place the inhaler between your lips and close lips firmly around the mouthpiece.
- Take a long, steady breath in and hold for as long as possible.
- Remove the inhaler from your mouth.
- Breathe out gently.
- If you wish to clean the inhaler, simply wipe the outside of the mouthpiece with a tissue.
- Replace the protective cap before putting the inhaler away.
- The Ellipta device is equipped with a dose counter. It will count down by 1 every time the cover is opened.
