Your therapy is constantly evolving
Your medication therapy should be comfortable and suited to your lifestyle. If your medication is the source of undesired effects and interferes with your everyday life, talk to your pharmacist. It is not something you have to go through. 

Prescription Adjustment & Substitution

With some adjustments from your pharmacist, side effects can be minimized, harmful interactions can be limited and dosages can be decreased in a way that is not detrimental to your well-being. 

If your medication is out of stock, your pharmacist can make sure that your therapy is uninterrupted by making substitutions accordingly.

Medication Review

Sit down with your pharmacist for a medication review to determine if: 

  • Any harmful effects or interactions are caused by combining your medication together
  • One of your medication can be removed from your therapy
  • There is a cheaper medication available
