Directions for use: Hydrasense

Hydrasense is a sterile sea water spraying system used to clear and hydrate the nasal cavities. It contains no preservatives or propellant gas. When using Hydrasense, follow these instructions:

• Remove the protective cap.
• Insert the nasal applicator into the top of the bottle.

• Bend the head forward slightly over a sink.
• Tilt your head horizontally towards your left side.
• Place the nasal applicator into your right nostril and gently press the tip.
• Let the water flow through your nasal cavities.
• Tilt your head on your right side for the left nostril.
• Remove the nasal applicator and rinse with hot tap water, then replace protective cap.

Repeat as often as necessary.

Nasal congestion can lead to ear, nose, throat or respiratory tract infections.

Sea water relieves nasal congestion and hydrates dry nasal cavities.
